Temple trip with the Relief Society!

 

 

 

Last month I went to the Temple with the Relief Society from my ward. It was so much fun! We had lunch afterward at Macaroni Grill! We enjoyed sharing how we met our husbands :)

 

 

Camping at Kings Canyon National Park, CA

 

 

We went camping at Kings Canyon National Park with friends from our ward,Tyler and Paige. We enjoyed camping. It was my first time camping in the forest. I went camping in Peru with the young women many times but in private parks. I should say that I was a little nervous camping in the forest . Now I can say that I really like it. I grew up in a big city, Lima and I rarely enjoyed adventures in the outdoors. I also ate s'mors for the first time, they were delicious! The next day we hiked Mitchel Peak which is 10, 249 ft . I can't believe that I made it because I was out of shape. I'm glad that I did it. We also visited Grant Grove in Kings National Park. I can't believe how huge these trees are! We are enjoying CA so much but I still miss Gilbert, AZ.

 

 

Move to CA & Scott's Birthday

My in laws came to AZ to help us with our move. We celebrated Scott's Birthday with them, and enjoyed a delicious dinner at The Chesse Cake Factory in Fresno CA :)

 

We really enjoyed Scott's Birthday, August 25th. My lovely parents sent a package from Peru as a gift for Scott. What a surprise! They sent him a nice suit.
